Over the past 31years, I have represented publicly traded companies, closely held companies, and family-owned businesses, as well as individuals and families in legal matters such as:

• Lawsuits involving business disputes, employment matters, wills and trusts, eminent domain, taxation, personal injury/wrongful death in all Ohio courts as well as in the United States federal courts and before the American Arbitration Association.
