  • 1.  Buy America provisions in County Purchasing

    It was asked of me whether the Buy America provisions from RC 125.11(B) apply to the county purchasing when going out for bid. The project has neither state purchasing nor federal money involved. I found where Dept. of Admin. Services (DAS) was to draft a model act for other subdivisions to adopt if they wished to. Other than this, I have not found anything that would add the requirements of Buy America to county purchases.

    Did I miss anything?
