This presentation is a “must attend” for Ohio solo practitioners and Ohio law firms of all sizes. Knowledgeable experts will address security risks and protective measures relating to electronic information stored on your computer or on the cloud, including emails, documents, calendars, contact information, sensitive confidential records, electronically filed court documents, including sealed records, and protective orders. The presentation is not hyper-technical, but will be a practical discussion of managing your digital records to avoid risks and ethical problems. We will discuss steps lawyers can take to mitigate risks and what to do if a breach occurs.
