    Follow these steps to get started and familiarize yourself with the community: 1) Build your profile. If you have a LinkedIn profile, we recommend syncing it. Or, you can complete each profile section individually. 2) Request that a fellow member of the community become your contact. Go to their profile and click “add as contact”. 3) Adjust your profile visibility. You have a great amount of leeway on who can see your profile details. Edit your “Privacy Settings (Profile > My Account > Privacy Settings). 4) Send a message to one of your contacts. Did it work the way you expected? 5) Participate in the discussion. This week you will receive a discussion question through this community. You will see an alert in your email inbox, and from there can reply to the discussion. We encourage you to keep the conversation going by adding additional questions of your own! • Getting too many e-mails through this community? o Go to "My Profile" on the main navigation bar and click on the "My Account" tab. Choose "Community Notifications" from the drop-down menu. For each discussion, you have the following delivery options: • Real time: sends an email every time a new message is posted • Daily digest: sends one email to you each day, consolidating all of the posts from the previous day • No Email: allows you to be part of the group without having emails sent to you. You can still post and read others’ messages by logging into the community site.
