I have thirty years of experience representing clients both in the courtroom and in a variety of business transactions and am AV rated by Martindale Hubble. I handle a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from simple collection matters to personal injury cases to real estate actions and various types of complex business disputes involving contracts, partnerships, construction issues and consumer fraud. I represent several construction companies and material suppliers ranging from one man companies to those with thousands of employees grossing multi-billion dollars per year. I am currently on the board of Buckeye Valley BIA, serving as president in 2013. Also, my daughter's love of horses has resulted in my not only owning several but developing extensive knowledge of the equine industry. This experience has resulted in the representation of horse trainers, breeders, owners, and an equine auction company.
