Probate and Estate Planning
Dan is involved with the administration of probate estates, guardianships, and estate planning.

Dan represents parties in divorces and dissolutions.
Litigation
Dan represents parties in general civil litigation with an emphasis on probate litigation.
Workers’ Compensation
Dan represents parties in Ohio workers’ compensation claims before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission, and in the appeal of Ohio workers’ compensation claims to the Ohio Courts of Common Pleas, the Ohio Courts of Appeal, and The Ohio Supreme Court.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Dan received an Intensive Mediation Certificate from the Center for Dispute Resolution at Capital University Law School. He serves as a mediator in workers’ compensation appeals and general civil litigation.
