Strudels, Spirits, and Cobbled Streets: Architecture & Ghost Tour
Join Columbus Landmarks Foundation authors/tour guides Tom Betti and Doreen Uhas Sauer for an intimate view of German Village/Brewery District, the largest privately restored historic district in the United States. We will stop at local attractions and see if we can stir up some “spirits” (of either kind!). From a “castle” to a cottage, the architecture tells the story of Columbus’s German population that settled here in the mid-19th century.
Part bus and walking tour. The price of admission includes the tour and your choice of either Historic Columbus Taverns or Historic Hotels of Columbus Ohio.
The bus will leave the Forum/Hilton Easton at 1:00 pm and drive to German Village. We'll complete the tour and the leave German Village area at 3:30 pm.and return to the HIlton Easton, where you are parked.
Seating is limited, so register soon!
